Now → 10 January
Step 0: Expression of Interest & Shortlisting
Hospitals interested in joining Cohort 1:
- → Submit an expression of interest
- → Share basic details about size, specialties, and challenges
The Navig team will:
- → Conduct short Google Meet discussions with hospital leadership
- → Understand readiness, priorities, and expectations
By 10 January, selected hospitals will be informed and formally invited to join Cohort 1. We are onboarding 10 hospitals for the first cohort.
15 January
Step 1: Cohort Onboarding
All selected hospitals come together for a structured onboarding session. This includes:
- → Introduction to the cohort model
- → Alignment on goals, expectations, and timelines
- → Overview of Navig's AI & Tech Collaboration approach
- → Introduction to healthcare experts and tech partners working with Navig
This session sets the foundation for collaboration, transparency, and shared learning.
Weeks 1–2 (Mid–January)
Step 2: Problem Framing & Module Definition
Over the first 1–2 weeks, Navig will work closely with:
- → Hospital leadership teams
- → Healthcare experts (working pro bono with Navig)
- → Technology and AI resources
Together, we:
- → Review common operational and management challenges
- → Validate priority problem areas across hospitals
- → Finalise the scope of the first module
Module 1: Navig OneView
This module has already been identified as a priority based on discussions with hundreds of hospital owners, management teams, and administrators.
OneView focuses on:
- • Management visibility
- • Leadership decision support
- • AI-based querying and insights on hospital data
Weeks 3–10 (Feb–March)
Step 3: Development & Iteration
Once scope is finalised:
- → Product development begins
- → Hospitals provide regular inputs and feedback
- → Use cases are validated against real hospital workflows
- → Iterations are done in short cycles
This is a build-with-hospitals, not build-for-hospitals phase.
Weeks 11–14 (March–April)
Step 4: Testing, Refinement & Readiness
During this phase:
- → OneView is tested with real hospital data
- → Leadership teams start using the module
- → Gaps and improvements are identified
- → Training and adoption support is provided
The focus is on making OneView usable, reliable, and relevant for hospital leadership.
End of Month 4
Step 5: OneView Release
By the end of the 4-month cohort:
- → Navig OneView is released and ready for use
Participating hospitals have:
- → A working management visibility module
- → Hands-on experience using AI for leadership decisions
- → A foundation for future AI and tech modules
