Chirag is a core team member of Navig Health and co-founder of Avanzar Health.
With over 20 years of experience, he has collaborated with 150+ multi-specialty hospitals, specialty chains, and doctors, to help them with patient acquisition and patient retention solutions.
He is passionate about enhancing the Indian healthcare ecosystem by leveraging new business models and technology to increase accessibility and affordability.

Dr. Jyothsna is a retinal surgeon and a core team member of Navig Health. She holds a healthcare management degree from the Indian School of Business and has over 15 years of experience in diverse healthcare settings.
Combining her deep medical expertise with a strong foundation in healthcare management, she is passionate about helping small and mid-sized hospitals succeed in today’s competitive landscape.
In her role as Medical Head at a health tech company, she is also exploring innovative ways for clinicians to make an impact beyond traditional hospital roles.

Pravin Carvalho is a core team member of Navig Health.
As the CTO at Principias Systems, he has built software for several FDA-approved medical devices and digital health products.
He has over 15 years of experience spanning software development, healthcare IT, and manufacturing operations.
His educational background is in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in control systems. He is passionate about building med-tech innovations for India in India.

Sudeshna is a core team member of Navig Health.
She comes with a solid healthcare/life science background with over 3.5 years of experience. Her expertise spans content creation, event management, advertising campaigns, and brand strategy. Her goal is to craft narratives that resonate, foster engagement, and drive results, always aiming to push the boundaries of conventional marketing within the healthcare sector.
She holds an MBA in Healthcare and hospital management from IIHMR University, JAIPUR.
